Well, we got the keys yesterday, we were so excited, we went to the house with some friends and family and everyone had LOTS of input on reno’s and furniture placement – all of which we will take on board.

Still can’t believe we are in our own home …

Ted and I would like to thank you so much for helping us into our first home. If you hadn’t persisted in finding us our home loan we would still be renting and would be unable to do it now!

A minimum of fuss….

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that Kathy has given to one of my work colleagues.

I referred Simon to Kathy because he finally decided to buy his first home but didn’t know how to organise the finance.

He needed some special assistance because of his employment history and also because he was working away from home during the loan process.

Kathy’s efforts in putting together a difficult loan and dealing with someone who was working in a remote area with poor mobile reception were terrific and Simon has now moved in to his first home with what seemed to be a minimum of fuss.
