Gold Coast mortgage broker FinancialPlus aims to be regarded as the trusted financial expert for each of our clients and to do this we need to provide a level of service that is above and beyond the norm for the industry. Almost all of our clients come from referrals from existing satisfied clients. We believe that speaks for itself.

We are committed to open communication with our clients and provide very frequent email updates (usually daily) on progress with a loan submission which continues from the first meeting with FinancialPlus through to settlement of the loan.

To us, being your Mortgage Broker is more than just finding a suitable loan for you.

We keep in touch regularly.

Just after the loan settles, we will be in touch to make sure that you’re happy with the service that you’ve received and to make sure that your loan repayments are being debited correctly. You’ll also find that we will always be on the look out for stories that may interest you and we’ll email these to you from time to time.

We also provide general information via a fortnightly newsletter that we email containing information on a range of topics—some of which is covered on our main website—www.financialplus.com.au—and some in one of the many blogs that we run on the internet.

Each year on the anniversary of the loan, we will give you a call to see if there is anything that we can do or any questions that you need answered.
