What a headline!
Terry Ryder from www.hotspotting.com.au has just released a very critical article on the latest Housing Industry Association figures and backs it up with some sound arguments.
“What I like about the article is that it does bring back some sanity into house prices for first home buyers” said Kathy Rogers from Gold Coast Mortgage Broker FinancialPlus. “This report does attempt to take some of the hysteria out of misleading statistics and is certainly worth a read.”
