An interest rate that drops for staying

Bankwest have just released information about  a new home loan where the interest rates starts with a discount of 0.4% and then drop 0.1% p.a. until the discount reaches 0.8% where it remains.

Although existing BankWest clients can switch to the new product, the discount still begins at 0.4% as there is no recognition of time already with BankWest.

There is  Zero Transaction Account that acts as an offset product available with the Rate Cutter Home Loan. The Offset fee of $15 pm is payable on this account.

There is no Deferred Establishment Fee payable if the loan is paid out early and the application fee is $595 (although this is being waived until the end of September).  The application fee covers the preparation of loan and mortgage documents, attending settlement and one standard valuation.

More information on this new product launch can be obtained by contacting FinancialPlus on 07 5564 5903.
