The Commonwealth Bank has recently reduced their 3 year fixed rates by 0.30% p.a. The new rates are 7.14% for non packaged clients and 6.99% for MAV Package Holders.

There have been numerous changes to fixed rates in the last few months but this is one of the first where the rates for 2 years have not been touched.
