The Commonwealth Bank has today announced a reduction in their fixed rates for Home and Investment Loans for 2 – 5 years. The biggest drop has been in the three year fixed rate that has dropped 0.45% to 7.44%. The rate for 2 years has dropped by 0.25% to 7.29%.
