The recent activity with Fixed Rates continues with decreases in Fixed Rates from St George, ANZ and Homeloans Limited.

It’s interesting that there is non stop speculation in the media that the banks will raise their interest rates outside of increases passed on by the Reserve Bank.

However, at least with terms over 2 to 3 years, this does not appear to be the case with these lenders with at least one acknowledging that long term money market rates have recently decreased.
