For personal reasons, we have talked about providing some financial support to a charity that is involved with diabetes and we have talked about different ways to achieve this.

We have spoken to our Diabetes Educator here on the Gold Coast about the best way to assist and he has suggested help with the cost of running camps for diabetic children. As with most charities, they run very short of funds through their own fundraising efforts and any help is appreciated.

We have decided to help them by donating funds based on the number of people who visit our FinancialPlus Facebook page and say that they like it.

You can easily do this by clicking on the Facebook link at the top of the left hand column on this website.

We will cap the donation at $300 based on the fans that we have listed on our Facebook page by 15 July so please help us reach this target by sharing this on your Facebook page and asking your friends or family to help us out as well.

What’s more, if we do get any new business from doing this, we will donate a further $100 for every loan that is settled as a result of this promotion so if we end up donating thousands of dollars because we end up getting new clients from this, then not only will we be happy but so will the kids!

This is a fantastic opportunity to help take some of the pain out of the diabetes for kids with diabetes on the Gold Coast.
