Don’t Sell

One of the concerns that investors have when interest rates increase is that they may not be able to keep their investment property.

This is a shame but it doesn’t need to be the case.

There is a strategy that can be followed where the investor has sufficient equity in their properties that can allow for an expense account to be set up that will allow the shortfall to be covered on an ongoing basis.

The significance of this is that the investor is able to avoid selling in a depressed market and is able to maintain their goal of building wealth for retirement.
