BankWest have become another lender to increase their short term fixed rates.

News from Gold Coast mortgage broker FinancialPlus released today is that the rates for 1 year fixed rates have increased by 0.15% although there has been a slight decrease in the rate for a 3 year fixed period and no change for the remaining terms.

ANZ have also introduced changes to the timing of their Fixed Interest changes.
