The latest on Fixed Rates
ANZ and Homeloans announced changes to their Fixed Rates last week.
ANZ’s fixed rates for 2 and 3 year terms increased marginally by 0.02% and 0.01% p.a. respectively while their ten year Fixed Rate reduced marginally by 0.03%. None of these changes are particularly significant.
Homeloans announced some fairly big changes. Their 1 year fixed rate increased by 0.61% but the same time, they reduced their rates for 2, 3, 4 and 5 year terms with the rate for 4 years being the biggest drop at 1.0%.
