Why do investors stop at one property?

Most property investors stop with only one property to their name because they don’t know how to set themselves up properly.

They’re concerned because the way that they do it requires them to take money out of their own pocket to cover the shortfall that exists once you take into account the tax concessions that you receive, the depreciation that can be claimed, the rent received and all other expenses are taken into account.

You can understand why people feel frustrated at having to keep dipping into their pockets and why they can’t afford to keep going but there is an answer to this problem.
